The noodles have a great chewy texture. The owner speaks Chinese and is very friendly. There is a self-service sauce bar where you can add cilantro, peanuts, chili, and other condiments for free. They pair really well with the noodles. I’ve been here twice — the first time I ordered the tomato egg drop noodle soup, and the second time I tried the beef noodles. If you’re craving Chinese-style noodles, this is a good place to visit. Unfortunately, both times I went they didn’t have the pan-fried buns available, so I didn’t get to try them, which was a bit disappointing. The pan-fried dumplings were just average. The wrapper wasn’t crispy enough, so the texture could have been better.
